Terms and Conditions

Total service.

An *(asterisk) indicates this term does not apply to Online Orders.
Any additional Online charges (such as, but not limited to, shipping and handling, or sales tax) will appear at the time of ordering.

Minimum Order*

Artistic Awards requires a minimum order of $50 USD.

Payment*

Payment is expected at the time the order is placed.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.
Terms may be established for corporate accounts.

Set-Up Charges

Artistic Awards does not charge setup charges for our standard pieces. Any special order pieces will be charged an initial $40 setup fee. Custom pieces will be quoted.

Art Charges

All layout and art correction work is billed at $30 per half hour. Artistic Awards expects art and or logos to be supplied in a camera ready format in order to not incur art charges. All special art revisions or clean-up will incur additional charges. Multiple revisions not related to the correction of sample errors attributed to Artistic Awards will incur additional art charges. Shipping & Handling*

Our product prices do not contain overhead costs related to boxing and packaging for shipping. Each shipping box for standard ground shipping is charged at $3.95. Each plaque box is charged at $2.50. Special packaging needs will require a quote.

Drop Shipments

Artistic Awards can drop ship multiple packages to different locations. A $4.95 charge per location will apply in addition to any other charges.

Rush Orders

A rush order charge will apply to orders requiring faster than normal production lead time. A minimum $20 charge or extra 20% of the total order will be charged to cover the cost of production and machine schedule changes. In the event of an extreme rush situation, such as less than 48 hours turn around time, an extra 50% of the total order will be charged. All rush orders are subject to approval. Artistic Awards understands there are often circumstances that arise to cause a rush situation. We will do our very best to accommodate your special needs.

Order Cancellations

If an order is canceled or decreased in quantity during or after production, the customer will be charged for all work to that point. In addition a 25% restocking fee for unused merchandise will be charged. If the order is a special order or custom design, the customer is responsible for all material and labor costs associated with that order.

Glass and Marble Etching Charges

Prices listed include single surface etching, unless otherwise noted. Additional or second surface etching is charged an additional $15.00 USD per location, per piece.

Color Filling

Artistic Awards offers etched glass and marble with a color fill. Color filled etching incurrs an additional $8.00 USD per color, per piece, unless otherwise noted.

Custom work is available by quote. May your ideas never have boundary.
