Ordering

There are a few ways to order.

1. You can order online using our secure server.
2. You can order by phone using our toll free number 1.877.350.9951
3. You can email your order to artisticawards@artisticawards.com

Please keep in mind that you should not send any credit card information via email. If you wish to purchase with a credit card, you must give the information using our secure server, or by phone only.

Art Approval

Once you have placed your order art work will be created for your approval. If you order online this will be sent to you via the email address you provide at the time of ordering. If you order by phone or email, a sales consultant will contact you to make art approval arrangements. Art is generally sent within 2 business days of ordering or 1 business day of ordering from the Lightning Line.

The art approval process is very important. Production will not begin until Artistic Awards receives confirmation of your art approval. This is intended to prevent errors or embarrassing mistakes that you do not want your recipient to see!

With online ordering through our secure server, you will be sent a .pdf version of your art work along with a link to approve your art on our web site. There, you will digitally sign off that your art is correct or you may choose to fax the approval or corrections to 317.297.0180. Once Artistic Awards has your art approval, production of your awards will begin.

Production

Normal production time is 5-10 business days from art approval depending upon the quantity of awards ordered and availability.  We are here to help! If you need your awards faster, please contact Artistic Awards to make arrangements. Or better yet, you can order from our Lightning Line which offers express service. The Lightning Line is made up of products that will ship within 2 business days of art approval. This quick service is perfect when you need it fast! Bottom line - Artistic Awards will help you get your awards on time.

Shipping

Once your order is ready, it will be shipped based on your choice during checkout, or the arrangements you made with our sales representative by phone.
