Customization has been a large factor in the success of Artistic Awards. Our niche in the awards and recognition industry has been the ability to create “one-of-a-kind custom awards” that are an effective representation of the clients appreciation and message. From the modification of a stock award to developing a new work of art, our design team is ready for any challenge.
- USA Football
Another common program structure is a satelite program. For USA Football, we created a large parent trophy that remains at their national headquarters. Each year, USA Football awards the Best Football State Trophy, and that state is added to the parent trophy on display at headquarters.

We understand how important it is to reinforce the values of our clients. For YMCA, we created two completely custom recognition pieces that focus on their principles and extend their brand, all while meeting their budget.

This custom plaque is simply impressive. It features a solid polished black acrylic board, laser engraved and color imprinted plates, and a mounted acrylic stand-off of the race car.
Knowing this piece would be displayed amidst a room of other trophies, our client really wanted this piece to stand out. It needed to be relevant to racing, and because of the level of accomplishment—it needed to be formal, and it really needed to “pop”
Getting It Done.
The first step in this process is devoted to fact finding. Our sales staff is available for on-site or phone consultations. Artistic Awards requires information about the following:
- What are your goals with this award?
- What does the award represent?
- Who will be receiving it?
- What should its overall appearance be (contemporary or classic)?
- Are there specific materials that you are interested in using?
- Are there certain materials that you absolutely want to stay away from?
Budget & Quantity
- What is your allotted budget for this project?
- How many items will you need?
- When do you need your awards?
- When is the presentation event?
- Do we need to ship the awards?
The second step involves our creative team. After the fact finding meeting is completed, the sales and creative teams will convene with the facts for a brainstorming session. Ideas and options are laid out that fit the client's parameters. Rough designs may be sketched for review with the customer.
In step 3 the sales team will present the appropriate design options to the client. The customer must decide which idea best represents the meaning of the award. Any changes to a chosen idea will be reviewed by the creative team and final drawings or prototypes developed. The final design layout must be approved prior to the beginning of production.
The last step lands squarely on the shoulders of our production crew. With approved art, the production staff will make the creative ideas come to life. After assembly and quality control the pieces will be packed to your level of specifications. Custom packaging options can be incorporated to offer the finished look you want in order to stay consistent with the overall theme. Once packaged, the items are ready for pick-up, delivery or shipping.
