Fact Finding

The first step in this process is devoted to fact finding. Our sales staff is available for on-site or phone consultations. Artistic Awards requires information about the following:

Award Theme

—What are your goals with this award?  What does the award represent?  Who will be receiving it? What should its overall appearance be (contemporary or classic)?  Are there specific materials that you are interested in using? Are there certain materials that you absolutely want to stay away from?

Budget & Quantity

—What is your allotted budget for this project? How many items will you need?

Event Date

—When do you need your awards? When is the presentation event? Do we need to ship the awards?

Explore

The second step involves our creative team. After the fact finding meeting is completed, the sales and creative teams will convene with the facts for a brainstorming session. Ideas and options are laid out that fit the client's parameters. Rough designs may be sketched for review with the customer.

Design

In step 3 the sales team will present the appropriate design options to the client. The customer must decide which idea best represents the meaning of the award. Any changes to a chosen idea will be reviewed by the creative team and final drawings or prototypes developed. The final design layout must be approved prior to the beginning of production.

Production

The last step lands squarely on the shoulders of our production crew. With approved art, the production staff will make the creative ideas come to life. After assembly and quality control the pieces will be packed to your level of specifications. Custom packaging options can be incorporated to offer the finished look you want in order to stay consistent with the overall theme. Once packaged, the items are ready for pick-up, delivery or shipping.
